Every week (usually on a Friday) Nick and I jump on Discord for an hour or so to have a live chat with members about all manner of things – from hoovers to ham – but mainly we talk about copywriting and live review some stuff people send in.

It’s a great way to get together as a group, raise questions and queries you might have about the industry, and spend some time with like-minded folks. Sometimes my dog Pablo even makes an appearance, which is an added bonus.

I know many of you have already joined and, when you’re able, tune in. But I know some people have been struggling to find the channel too. Apparently the link Nick originally posted only lasted so long.

But here, I believe, is an invitation link that (should) stay working FOREVER…or at least for long enough for new members and anyone else who’s been struggling to connect.

Discord is free, by the way. It’s just an app that allows some general text chat, and allows us to do live streams so you can see us and we can see you. I don’t like having too many apps, but I’ve not found this too bad to use.

Anyhow, if you’ve not joined us yet, or you’ve just joined The Fix Accelerator altogether, we think the channel is another great benefit to being a member, so take full advantage.

P.S. You don’t need to know this, but I am a big fan of an American punk record label called Dischord records. It means every time Nick mentions Discord, I think he’s suddenly started listening to obscure Washington DC-based bands, which is a concept I find really disconcerting. As I say, you don’t need to know that – but it’s something I have to live with.
