Masterclass #19: How to avoid countless revisions and keep clients happy
I think there are two sides to client management.
There’s the business side, where you’re looking to develop a good, professional relationship that keeps the client coming back to give you more jobs…
But there’s also the creative side, where it pays to develop a relationship that means the client trusts you to write the copy that will best serve the product or service you’re selling and not just the client’s interpretation of what their copy should be.
This creative side is often where conflict is created, conflict that often ends up harming the business side.
In this masterclass, I want to outline a process that will help both sides of the equation, making sure you have checks in place to keep clients happy professionally and keep creative revisions down to a minimum.
I hope you find it useful.
I’ve recorded the class in a way that you can just listen, but if you prefer to watch me waft my arms around a bit, you can find the video version here.
Give it a like and post in the comments if you enjoy the class.
Best,
Glenn
