We’ve hit 100 episodes of The Fix.

How? We’re not quite sure. But me and Nick have managed to talk about copywriting (and a whole lot of nonsense besides) for who knows how many hours over the past couple of years.

When we started out, we didn’t really have a plan.

We still don’t.

But since we recorded and reviewed our first bit of copy back in October 2021 (!!!), we’ve managed to stumble our way — slowly but surely — into creating what one follower describes as “…the most thoughtful material on copywriting shared on YouTube.”

To celebrate, we invited one of the world’s best and most respected copywriters and good friend of the show, Mr John Forde to get thoughtful about copywriting with us.

As well as being one of the headline speakers at this year’s Fix Fest, John is a legend in the direct-response copywriting world.

The first copywriter to have ever been hired in-house by Bill Bonner and Mark Ford, John has written copy that has generated millions around the world.

He’s a copywriter Nick and I have both looked up to ever since we started writing ourselves so it seemed appropriate we ask him to be the first ever guest to come back on the show for another go around.

It all makes for a great episode…

And hopefully, there’ll be many more to come as we now head for the 200 mark!
